Team Corse owner Mick Mitchell has been passionate about cars and motorsport for as long as he can remember.

After leaving school and completing his apprenticeship with Sydney Alfa Romeo dealer Frank Crott Motors, Mick was recruited by Australian race and rally legend Colin Bond to work for his team in the 1980s.

During his stint with Bond’s team, he worked on cars as diverse as the Group A Alfa Romeo GTV6 and 75 Turbo, and the awesome Ford Sierra-Cosworth RS500.

Back then, race mechanics worked on engines, transmissions, electronics, suspensions, machining, fabrication and bodywork – very different from today, when race teams have specialists for every aspect of the car’s performance.

In 1992 Mick opened Corse Automotive & Motorsport in Wetherill Park. He relocated the business, now rebranded as Team Corse, to Arndell Park in 2016.

Team Corse provides a full range of automotive mechanical and engineering services for performance, race and rally cars, including:

  • performance upgrades;
  • classic car restorations;
  • retro conversions;
  • braking and handling improvements;
  • engine and transmission rebuilds;
  • race and rally car preparation;
  • onboard airjack installation and servicing;
  • mechanical detailing; and
  • custom machining and fabricating.

Whatever improvements you want for your car, the Team Corse motto is “We can do that”.
